Understand
We start with the constraints an organisation already operates under: its governance, its security posture, the systems it has bought and the people who maintain them. Advice that ignores any of these is advice that cannot be acted on.

Recommend
We set out the options with their costs and their consequences, including the option of changing nothing, and we say which of them we would choose. A recommendation that hedges is a decision handed back to the client.

Deliver
We build what was agreed, to the standards the organisation already holds itself to, and we hand over documentation that lets a team maintain the result without us.
